$18-$25 per hour, based on experience + sales/performance bonuses Balbas Antiaging is seeking a motivated, professional, and sales-oriented Spanish-English Bilingual Medical Assistant / Patient Coordinator to join our growing Medical Spa. This is a hybrid position combining patient coordination, lead follow-up, sales, appointment scheduling, and clinical assistance . Fluency in BOTH Spanish and English is required. A large percentage of our patients are Spanish-speaking, and the candidate must be comfortable communicating professionally by phone, text, and in person in both languages. Lead Follow-Up & Sales A major part of this position is following up with potential patients who have already expressed interest in our services. Our automated system handles the initial response to incoming leads. Your role is to provide the human follow-up that turns interest into appointments and sales.

Responsibilities include:

Call and text new and existing leads Consistently follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled Re-engage older leads and previous inquiries Answer questions about aesthetic and wellness services Explain current promotions, packages, and treatment options Help potential patients choose the appropriate consultation or service Schedule consultations and treatment appointments Follow up after consultations when a patient has not yet purchased Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in our CRM Build relationships with potential and existing patients Help convert qualified leads into booked appointments and paying patients Medical Assistant / Patient Care Responsibilities Assist the provider with patient preparation and procedures as needed Prepare and organize treatment rooms Assist with patient flow Follow up with patients after treatments when appropriate Maintain a professional, clean, organized, and welcoming environment Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient's experience Requirements Fluent Spanish AND English - REQUIRED Strong phone, texting, and interpersonal communication skills Comfortable with sales and following up repeatedly with interested patients Friendly, confident, professional, and persuasive without being overly aggressive Organized and consistent with follow-up Comfortable using computers, texting platforms, and CRM systems Reliable and able to multitask Medical Assistant experience preferred Experience in a Medical Spa, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, patient coordination, customer service, or sales is highly preferred
