Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the office
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the office scheduling system
  • Collect and update patient information, including insurance details
  • Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
  • Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
  • Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
Skills:
  • Previous office experience in medical administrative support role is preferred
  • Proficient in office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
