You'll guide parents through scheduling, registration, and insurance processes with patience and clarity, ensuring that every child and family feels supported and valued. Duties and Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage messages promptly and accurately. Verify insurance coverage, process co-pays, and ensure all patient information is complete and correct. Maintain organized, efficient front-desk operations and assist with day-to-day office coordination. Communicate effectively with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient flow. Assist families with referrals, medical records, and prior authorizations as needed. Handle sensitive patient information with the utmost confidentiality and respect (HIPAA compliance). Support the overall mission and culture of Totality Pediatrics by fostering a friendly, calm, and professional environment.

You find joy in being part of a practice dedicated to kids and families. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred). Prior experience in a medical office, is required (Pediatric practice, preferred) Strong communication and computer skills; experience with eClinicalWorks or similar EHR systems is a plus. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with insurance verification, scheduling, and patient intake processes. CPR, HIPAA, and OSHA certifications (preferred). Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Pay:
$16.00 - $24.00 per hour
