Greer Position Summary:
The PCA will be primarily responsible for capturing and entering patient demographic data while following GCP and ICH guidelines. The PCA will develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with clinical research personnel. Since this is primarily a customer contact position, it requires an outgoing, friendly personality and someone who enjoys working with a diverse population of people. This position requires strong computer skills.

Primary Accountabilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Schedule/reschedule patient appointments. Patient Check-in and Check-out process. Answer incoming calls and be the point of contact between patient, provider and coordinators. Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic EHR systems.
General Accountabilities:
Collect registration and intake forms for all patients. Assist with patient stipends in appropriate study portals. Inputs patient data into company systems. Completes any necessary training. Send fax request for medical records and maintain medical record request history. Assist with incoming fax distribution. Send PCP notification letters. Attends meeting and / or teleconferences related to PCA functions.
