The Legacy of Orangeburg is seeking an inspiring leader to step into the role of Executive Director for our vibrant community. The ideal Executive Director is not just a manager, but an inspiring figure who can galvanize and empower every member of our organization. This role will encompass overseeing all operational aspects and managing the financial health of the community. The perfect candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, foster a growth-driven environment for our team, and share a deep passion for our residents. The Legacy of Orangeburg has partnered with Tapcheck, revolutionizing the way team members get paid! Responsibilities Ensure positive engagement of residents, family, friends, and team members by maintaining a positive, open-door atmosphere Demonstrate effective communication, lead by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in resident care and well being Set standards for quality assurance and foster positive family relationships Oversee all aspects of operations, including care delivery, food service, and facilities management, in order to meet or exceed Navion's high operational standards Have direct responsibility for hiring, training, and supervising a top-notch team Have direct responsibility for the financial management and regulatory compliance of our communities Oversee the Sales and Marketing process, in order to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets Requirements Passion for working with Seniors Licensed Administrator in the respective state. Prior Executive Director or Administrator experience preferred. Previous management experience with direct supervision of a team of at least 10
  • including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, and disciplinary measures as necessary Demonstrated success in managing operating expenses of at least $1M annually Previous sales or business development experience preferred
