Description Lead with Purpose at UT Regional Health Centers University Physicians' Association, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at UT Regional Health Centers , a leading medical facility dedicated to exceptional patient care. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to oversee daily operations, support a talented team, and ensure a smooth, patient-focused experience.

Manage staff schedules, weekly payroll, and performance reviews. Develop and implement office policies in alignment with hospital standards. Coordinate financial performance, including reimbursements and operating costs. Partner with billing teams to ensure accurate charge capture and reimbursement. Serve as the liaison between providers, staff, vendors, and hospital departments. Monitor quality measures and implement process improvements. Handle compliance requirements. Resolve customer satisfaction concerns promptly and professionally. Other duties as assigned by Practice Administrator Requirements What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of office management experience in a healthcare setting. Must be willing to travel between 3 locations- Knoxville, Lenoir City and Sevierville. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of billing processes, scheduling, and healthcare compliance.
