Job Summary Are you a BCBA who is ready to grow beyond your current clinical role? We are looking for a talented, motivated BCBA who is interested in developing into a leadership position within a growing ABA clinic. If you enjoy mentoring staff, supporting other clinicians, improving clinical quality, solving problems, and helping build a strong team culture, this may be the opportunity for you. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the organization—not just work in it. Duties 1. Clinical Leadership & Oversight Support the Director of Clinical Services in overseeing the delivery of ABA services within the clinic. Promote consistent implementation of evidence-based ABA practices and organizational clinical standards. Provide leadership and support to BCBAs and other clinical team members. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of clinical programming and service delivery. Assist BCBAs with clinical problem-solving, treatment planning, and challenging cases when appropriate. Promote effective collaboration between BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, SLPs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team. Support consistent implementation of client treatment plans and behavior-support procedures. Assist with identifying clinical trends, service gaps, and opportunities for improvement. 2. Staff Leadership & Development Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to clinical staff. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new clinical employees. Support ongoing training and professional development for BCBAs, RBTs, and Behavior Technicians. Identify staff training needs and coordinate appropriate training opportunities. Provide constructive feedback and coaching regarding employee performance. Participate in performance evaluations, corrective action, and performance improvement processes as requested. Promote accountability while maintaining a positive, supportive, and professional work environment. Support development of future clinical leaders within the organization. 3. Quality Assurance & Compliance Assist with implementation and monitoring of the organization's Quality Assurance program. Monitor compliance with clinical policies, procedures, documentation standards, payer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements. Participate in clinical audits and documentation reviews. Identify quality concerns and work with appropriate leaders to develop corrective action plans. Monitor trends in clinical documentation, service delivery, client outcomes, staff performance, and other quality indicators. Participate in Quality Assurance Committee activities and initiatives. Promote ethical and professional standards throughout the clinic. 4. Client & Family Experience Promote a welcoming, respectful, and family-centered clinic environment. Serve as a leadership resource for families when concerns or questions require additional support. Assist with resolving client and family concerns in a timely and professional manner. Monitor client and family satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Promote strong communication between clinical staff and families. Help ensure that clients receive services in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. 5. Clinic Operations Assist with daily management of clinic operations. Partner with the Operations Department to ensure adequate staffing, scheduling, supplies, and resources. Help identify and address operational barriers affecting clinical service delivery. Monitor clinic workflow and make recommendations for increased efficiency. Assist with managing staffing coverage and responding to unexpected staffing needs. Support implementation of new processes, systems, and organizational initiatives. Participate in leadership meetings and provide updates regarding clinical and operational matters. Help ensure that clinic policies and procedures are consistently implemented. 6. Staff Performance & Accountability Monitor employee performance and professionalism within the clinic. Address performance concerns promptly and appropriately. Partner with Human Resources and leadership regarding employee relations matters. Recognize and reinforce strong employee performance. Promote adherence to attendance, communication, documentation, dress, safety, and other organizational expectations. Maintain appropriate documentation regarding performance and corrective actions. Help create a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. 7. Training & Professional Development Assist in developing and delivering training for clinical employees. Support ongoing competency development for RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Assist with clinical training initiatives for BCBAs. Support mentorship programs for employees pursuing advanced clinical credentials. Identify opportunities for cross-training and professional development. Encourage staff participation in continuing education and professional growth opportunities. 8. Data, Outcomes & Performance Improvement Assist leadership in monitoring client and organizational outcome data. Review clinical and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support development of performance improvement initiatives. Assist with tracking key performance indicators related to clinical quality, client outcomes, staff performance, and service delivery.
