Your role Do you thrive on solving problems, tackling challenges under pressure, and delivering exceptional results? If so, we're looking for a Site Coordinator to join our team and make a meaningful impact! In this role, reporting directly to the Site Manager, you'll be the vital link between our team and the customer, ensuring smooth operations at our customer's site. Your ability to respond with urgency, maintain effective communication, and manage technical aspects of the job will be essential to your success. Here's how you'll make an impact:

Install and Optimize Tools:

Set up new tools and adjust existing ones for maximum performance.

Troubleshoot and Repair Tools:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain Atlas Copco tools and equipment to ensure continued operation and performance.

Perform Maintenance & Calibrations:

Carry out preventative maintenance and ensure tools are calibrated and operating at peak efficiency.

Communicate Effectively:

Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer, addressing their needs with professionalism and responsiveness. You will report daily to our customer's, General Motors, facility located in Spring Hill, TN. This is a 2ndshift opening, 4:00pm-12:30am, with occasional overtime as needed. Flexibility is essential as schedules may change based on company needs. To succeed, you will need

Experience:

2-3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Strong troubleshooting abilities

Technical Aptitude:

Ability to read and comprehend schematics. Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.

Physical Requirements:

Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.
