This role ensures each office operates efficiently, teams are well-trained, supplies and equipment are properly managed, and clinical standards are consistently followed. Key Responsibilities Clinical Operations & Workflow Oversee DA flow and clinical support systems across multiple locations Ensure smooth daily patient care, room setup, operatory turnover, and provider support Identify workflow issues and implement efficiency improvements Support offices with staffing, operational, or clinical challenges Training & Team Development Lead onboarding and training for new and existing Dental Assistants Standardize DA responsibilities and clinical expectations Coach team members on efficiency, professionalism, and accountability Identify and develop lead assistants and trainers Inventory & Equipment Oversight Manage inventory systems, supply usage, and budget control Reduce waste and standardize supplies across offices Coordinate new equipment implementation and team training Track equipment maintenance, repairs, and usage compliance Surgical & Case Readiness Ensure surgical cases are fully prepared with necessary supplies and instruments Support surgical DA training and procedural readiness Oversee lab case tracking, documentation, and follow-up systems Maintenance, Compliance & Emergency Preparedness Monitor weekly/monthly maintenance logs and equipment accountability Conduct audits for OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and sterilization compliance Ensure emergency kits, medications, and safety equipment are up to date Support emergency training and preparedness protocols Leadership & Accountability Assess staffing needs and support coverage planning Track training completion, task accountability, and performance trends Communicate operational updates and improvement strategies to leadership Promote consistency, teamwork, and high-quality patient care across all locations Required Qualifications 5-10+ years experience in dental field Must be open to traveling to all locations Hands-on experience with dental implant workflows (surgical scheduling, case planning, lab coordination) Prior experience managing or supervising clinical and administrative team members Multi-location or multi-provider practice experience (preferred)
