Full Job Description Overview:
In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team. Schedule (days/hours): Monday•Friday 6am•3pm
Responsibilities:
Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance
Qualifications:
At least one year of experience as an office manager in a Dental office Experience leading a team Knowledge of dental terminology
Compensation:
$55,000•$60,000 per year
