We are looking for a Clinical Program Manager (Program Manager / Behavioral Health Manager / Mental Health Manager) to help lead our outpatient team. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations of our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff. Support census growth, scheduling, and admissions coordination. Ensure clinical excellence, documentation compliance, and quality improvement. Collaborate with intake and referral partners to strengthen community relationships. Act as a trusted leader, supporting both patients and staff. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Active Texas license (LPC, LCMW, LMFT, or LCSW). At least 2-3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment. Leadership experience (or strong interest in stepping into a leadership role). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Comfort with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
