Company Overview 📍Premier Dental Center located in New Braunfels , TX is an established, state-of-the-art family dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. Who You Are:
Positive attitude and great communication skills Dental experience is a must (1 year minimum) Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat A sense of humor—because we like to have fun! ______________________________________________________________________________________ 📆
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday 8:15am-5pm, Friday 8:15am-2pm 💵
Compensation:
$20-$24/hour, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance ✅

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone Answer calls and schedule appointments for new and existing patients Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts Review financing and payment options with patients at the time of service Keep hygienist and dentist schedules booked efficiently Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area Make outbound calls to confirm appointments
Experience:
1+ years of dental front office experience is required Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections Strong communication skills (written & verbal) Experience with dental practice management software (Denticon is a plus!) Pay Range USD $22.00 - USD $24.00 /Hr.
