This is a unique opportunity to help launch Arizona Autism's first location in Texas and play a key role in building the center from the ground up. You will lead clinical operations, build and mentor your team, establish a strong center culture, and help create an environment where clients, families, and teammates can thrive. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BCBA who is ready to take the next step in their career and enjoys the opportunity to build, lead, and make a meaningful impact. Rather than stepping into an established center, you will have a voice in shaping how this new location grows from day one.
