Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Clinic Manager to lead our healthcare facility with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and foster an environment of exceptional patient care. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline administrative processes, and uphold the highest standards of medical practice management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced healthcare setting while managing diverse responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Candidate must hold a valid Texas X-Ray license. Responsibilities Lead and supervise clinical and administrative staff, promoting teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer service. Oversee fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, medical billing, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency. Manage medical office operations utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and other EHR (Electronic Health Records) platforms. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, HIPAA regulations, JCAHO standards, and health regulation policies through rigorous monitoring and staff training. Coordinate patient management workflows, including appointment scheduling, patient records maintenance, and medical administrative support. Implement practice management strategies to optimize workflow efficiency, patient satisfaction, and staff productivity. Handle human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and managing healthcare staff including nurses and administrative personnel. Maintain oversight of medical records accuracy, medical terminology adherence, and medical billing processes. Support acute care and managed care operations while ensuring quality standards are met or exceeded. Foster a positive environment focused on continuous improvement in healthcare practice management. Experience Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare practice management within a clinical setting. Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing teams in a healthcare environment. Extensive knowledge of office management systems including Microsoft Office suite and patient management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Strong background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial reporting, and medical billing procedures. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (Electronic Health Records), utilization management, compliance standards (HIPAA), and healthcare regulations such as JCAHO standards. Prior experience in managing healthcare staff across nursing, administrative support, or dental offices is highly desirable. Acute care or critical care experience is advantageous for understanding complex patient needs. Excellent managerial communication skills combined with a customer service-oriented approach to patient care excellence.
