In this vital role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, implement healthcare management strategies, and uphold compliance with industry standards such as JCAHO (Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations). Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards to maintain a safe and compliant environment. Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and procurement activities to support smooth facility operations. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions promptly. Requirements Proven experience in healthcare management or medical management roles within clinical settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices such as JCAHO accreditation processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills for liaising with staff, patients, regulatory bodies, and external partners. Management experience in a healthcare setting is essential; familiarity with healthcare management software is preferred. A relevant degree in healthcare administration, health sciences or related field is required; advanced certifications are a plus.
