We are seeking a friendly, hospitality-driven leader who enjoys serving others and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for our guests, vendors, and community. Experience 3+ years of hospitality, hotel, restaurant, entertainment, retail, or multi-unit management experience preferred. Candidates should be friendly, people-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. Primary Responsibilities Oversee all afternoon and evening operations and ensure all common areas remain guest-ready. Lead with warmth and professionalism, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Serve as the primary point of contact for operators, retail vendors, and bar management while coordinating maintenance and support vendors. Train, coach, and support Guest Experience Leads and hospitality team members, providing clear expectations, mentorship, and ongoing development to ensure exceptional service standards. Handle guest concerns and develop systems that allow Las Almas to scale efficiently. Oversee and coordinate reservations for the private room, ensuring the space is guest-ready and events are executed seamlessly. Assist guests with reservations and digital tools, including helping individuals who may not be technology-friendly navigate QR code reservations and event inquiries. Plan and execute food hall events, activations, and community programming. Scout, recruit, and coordinate vendors and partnerships for revolving pop-up markets that complement the Las Almas brand and guest experience. Creating Experiences. Building Community.
