This is not an entry-level receptionist position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities while providing exceptional patient care. Schedule Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Some Tuesdays from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Office is closed most Thursdays.) Salary compensation is based on experience and qualifications. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recent front & back office experience in a family practice, primary care, chiropractic, or outpatient physical therapy office is required. Hospital or emergency room experience alone does not meet this requirement. Excellent phone etiquette and patient communication skills. Experience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting payments, and working with electronic medical records. Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. We're Looking for

Truly enjoys working with patients and making them feel welcome. Is warm, compassionate, and communicates with kindness—even in difficult situations. Can confidently handle multiple phone lines, check patients in and out, schedule appointments, collect payments, and assist the clinical team simultaneously. Remains calm and organized during busy clinic hours. Follows office policies and procedures consistently. Is dependable, punctual, detail-oriented, and takes initiative. Accepts coaching well and is always looking to improve. Responsibilities Welcome patients with exceptional customer service. Answer a high-volume, multi-line phone system. Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently. Verify insurance and collect copays, deductibles, and balances. Clearly and professionally communicate office policies. Assist providers and coworkers to ensure a smooth patient experience. Maintain an organized and efficient front office. Help Back office with triage when needed This Position Is NOT a

Pay:
