We're hiring a Patient Access & Order Coordinator to manage order entry, scheduling, and insurance coordination for our home medical equipment patients. This is a fast-paced administrative role — not a direct patient care position — ideal for someone with a background in medical scheduling, admissions, benefits verification, or patient registration. What You'll Do Process 100+ order entries per day Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls with patients, families, and providers Verify insurance and coordinate benefits documentation Maintain and audit patient records for accuracy Coordinate with VA offices to resolve outstanding issues Run daily route/order reports What We're Looking For 2+ years in medical scheduling, admissions, benefits verification, or patient registration Brightree or Apacheta experience preferred (or similar EMR/order software) Strong data entry (10-key, 35+ WPM) and high call-volume experience Proficiency in
