Overview We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, self motivated, Treatment Foster Care Specialist to lead. In this vital role, you will oversee comprehensive case management and clinical treatment programs, ensuring that individuals with diverse needs—including those with developmental delays, disorders, and mental health conditions—receive personalized, effective care. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment focused on client-centered approaches, utilizing TRAUMA-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral management. Duties Provide clinical supervision and leadership to multidisciplinary teams. Oversee the implementation of the agency's TST-FC treatment model program in collaboration with the Administrator/Executive Director. Responsible for the ongoing development, integration, and training of TST-FC treatment/program model. Oversee case management activities including coordination of home and community care services, working closely with families and caregivers to support client goals. Provide crisis management and crisis intervention support during emergencies or behavioral escalations. Supervise staff in the delivery of specialized services such as social work, special education strategies, and behavior management techniques. assessments and aligned with therapeutic goals and permanency plans. Participate in crisis intervention decisions and provide clinical recommendations Provide clinical supervision to therapists, case managers, and treatment specialists, ensuring trauma-informed care is consistently practiced. Facilitate regular team meetings to review treatment plans, progress reports, and case challenges. Coordinate multidisciplinary services (therapy, medical care, education) into integrated treatment plans. Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust interventions to improve service delivery and treatment efficacy. Approve all assessments, evaluations, and treatment/service plans. Experience Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with mental health conditions or disabilities in clinical or community settings. Demonstrated expertise in behavioral health therapies. Prior experience leading clinical teams within behavioral health or hospital environments. Strong background in crisis management, crisis intervention, and working with individuals experiencing co-occurring disorders involving mental health. Experience working with diverse populations from various cultural backgrounds while maintaining culturally competent care practices. Coordination Ability to utilize EMR/EHR systems effectively for documentation, patient assessment tracking, and data collection purposes. Review and approve assessments, evaluations, and treatment/service plans. Recommend treatment services and provide clinical oversight of interventions. Review all treatment plans at least 15 days prior to due dates to ensure accuracy. Ensure modifications to plans are documented and all required signatures are obtained. assessments and 90-day Service Plan updates to confirm that goals and services align with each child's custom needs, strengths, and permanency plan. Collaborate with the Administrator/Program Director to determine whether children continue to benefit from their primary service package or if a less restrictive service package is appropriate. Ensure psychiatric, medical, and therapeutic needs of children are monitored and addressed.
