About us Brooks Hearing is a locally owned, family-oriented private-practice health-care provider specializing in hearing care for the communities of Paris, Greenville, Sulphur Springs, Mt. Pleasant, and surrounding areas. We are seeking a full-time patient care coordinator to staff the front office of our Greenville location and float occasionally to other practice locations. Travel between locations will be required. We offer a competitive hourly wage, benefits, and a friendly, professional atmosphere with great culture. Responsibilities of this role include:
Warmly greeting patients and other visitors. Cleaning hearing aids. Answering phones in a prompt and courteous manner. Converting calls into scheduled appointments. Entering and updating all patient information. Handling invoices, receiving funds and processing payments. Maintaining excellent working relationships with patients, vendors, colleagues, etc.
