In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster a supportive environment for both clients and staff. Your expertise in behavioral health, child and family counseling, crisis intervention, and working with diverse populations will drive positive outcomes and promote holistic well-being. Duties Supervise and mentor licensed clinicians and support staff to ensure adherence to clinical standards, policies, and best practices. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing. Oversee the delivery of individual, group, and family therapy sessions addressing issues like PTSD, addiction, autism spectrum disorders, Alzheimer's care, pediatrics, and developmental disabilities. Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis management protocols, crisis intervention techniques, and de-escalation strategies to ensure client safety. Maintain accurate medical documentation within electronic medical record (EMR) systems while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and confidentiality. Coordinate case management activities including intake procedures, treatment planning, progress monitoring, and discharge planning. Lead quality assurance initiatives by collecting data on clinical outcomes, participating in audits of medical records, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Qualifications Valid LCSW license with active state licensure to practice clinical social work. Proven experience supervising mental health professionals in settings such as hospitals, community clinics, or home-based care programs. Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques including applied behavior analysis (ABA), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations including children with autism, individuals with developmental disabilities, PTSD patients, and those requiring Alzheimer's or addiction counseling. Strong skills in crisis management, emergency response coordination, and working under pressure in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and data collection; understanding of medical terminology and records management. Excellent communication skills for patient assessment, social work interventions, group therapy facilitation, and team leadership. Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance while providing compassionate patient care across various settings such as hospital environments or community outreach programs.
