Qualifications Required:

Active Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification Previous experience as a Dietary Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility Thorough knowledge of long-term care dietary regulations Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with food service management, budgeting, and inventory Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment Preferred ServSafe Certification Experience preparing for and participating in state surveys Familiarity with therapeutic diets and long-term care nutrition standards At Huntsville Health Care Center, we know that great nutrition is an essential part of great care.
