Job Description

Job Summary We are a seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Medical Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will assist patients throughout their care journey with professionalism and compassion. Responsibilities Coordinate patient care and communicate with physicians , referrals sources, and insurance companies. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient records. Provide excellent customer service while helping patients understand their treatment and equipment. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems to document patient interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records. Perform utilization review and utilization management activities to ensure appropriate level of care while adhering to HIPAA regulations and health insurance policies. Assi Skills Experience as a Medical Care Coordinator or in a medical office CPAP or durable equipment (DME) experience is a plus but not required. Respiratory Therapist is a plue but not required. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Experience working with Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Pay:
