Job Description

Patel Family Orthodontics is seeking a warm, friendly, organized, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping patients confidently begin their orthodontic journey.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide new patients through the consultation process. Coordinate consultations and present treatment recommendations. Discuss financial options and payment plans. Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient accounts. Schedule treatment and maintain accurate patient records. Follow up with patients and provide outstanding customer service. Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications:
Orthodontic or dental treatment coordinating experience preferred. Current Texas RDA and X-ray certification required . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional, positive, and detail-oriented. Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and insurance.
