Home Health Administrator (Ownership & Equity Opportunity)Build the Agency You've Always Wanted to Own This is not a traditional Home Health Administrator position. If you've spent years helping someone else build their agency, you've probably had the same thought many experienced leaders have: "I know I could build something better if I had the opportunity." This is that opportunity. Angelic Home Health is a licensed, nurse-owned, veteran-owned Texas home health agency serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The difficult startup work has already been completed. The agency is licensed, established, compliant, and positioned for growth. We're looking for an experienced home health leader who wants more than another executive position. We're looking for someone who wants to help build a company they can eventually call their own. About Angelic Home Health Angelic Home Health was founded by an Emergency Department Registered Nurse with a vision of building a clinician-led agency focused on exceptional patient care and long-term excellence. Over the past several years, we've completed the work that prevents many entrepreneurs from ever opening a home health agency: Texas Home Health License Active NPI Veteran-Owned Business Established branding and website Policies and procedures Operational systems Marketing materials Business infrastructure The foundation is built. Now we're looking for the right leader to help grow it. What You'll Do As our Operating Administrator, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping the future of the agency.
Responsibilities include:
Lead daily agency operations Build and strengthen referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, and community partners Recruit, mentor, and lead clinical staff Prepare the agency for Medicare certification and accreditation Ensure regulatory compliance and quality patient care Develop systems that support long-term growth Work directly with ownership to establish the vision and strategy of the company This isn't simply managing an existing business. It's helping build one. Who We're Looking For You may currently be a: Home Health Administrator Director of Nursing Executive Director Director of Clinical Services Business Development Director Experienced Home Health Operations Leader The ideal candidate has: ✔ Home health leadership experience ✔ Strong knowledge of Medicare home health regulations ✔ Experience growing patient census ✔ Existing referral relationships (preferred) ✔ Strong leadership and communication skills ✔ An entrepreneurial mindset ✔ A desire to build long-term value instead of simply collecting a paycheck Former agency owners, experienced administrators, and Directors of Nursing who have always wanted ownership are encouraged to apply. Compensation & Ownership This opportunity is intentionally different from a traditional executive position. Compensation will be structured around the candidate's experience, level of involvement, and the agency's stage of growth. We are open to discussing a combination of salary, profit sharing, performance incentives, and significant equity ownership. For the right leader, this is an opportunity to build lasting value through ownership rather than simply advancing someone else's company. Pay:
