Infusion Location:
Laredo, TX Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Infusion Clinic in Laredo, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in healthcare management, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care in an infusion therapy setting. Key Responsibilities Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery. Supervise, train, and support clinical and administrative staff. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, HIPAA, and state health regulations. Coordinate patient scheduling, treatment plans, and resource allocation. Maintain inventory and ordering of medical supplies and infusion equipment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives. Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues promptly. Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation related to clinic activities.
Qualifications Certification:
Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a clinical or infusion setting. Strong knowledge of infusion therapy procedures and protocols. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Work Environment This position is based in our infusion clinic located in Laredo, TX. The Clinic Manager will work primarily in a clinical office environment with regular interaction with patients, healthcare providers, and staff.
