The primary schedule follows a bi-weekly rotation:
Week A:
Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 7:45 AM to 1:00
PM Week B:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00

Key Responsibilities Provide a welcoming and professional front-line experience for patients, families, and visitors. Answer a high volume of phone calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. Schedule evaluations and treatment appointments while optimizing therapist schedules for efficiency. Guide families through the new patient intake process and ensure required documentation is collected accurately. Verify insurance benefits, communicate patient financial responsibilities, and assist with payment collection and follow-up on outstanding balances as directed. Maintain accurate patient information within the electronic medical record system. Communicate with patients and families regarding insurance benefits, clinic policies, scheduling, and treatment needs. Obtain and track required referrals, prescriptions, physician documentation, and other necessary records to support timely patient care. Assist with coordinating new patient evaluations, referral follow-up, and scheduling needs. Support clinic operations by assisting with patient inquiries, tours, physician office communication, and community outreach activities as needed. Maintain organized and clean front office, waiting areas, and clinic spaces. Handle patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and discretion. Adapt to changing priorities and varying volumes of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Uphold HIPAA regulations, clinic policies, and confidentiality standards. Contribute positively to team culture and support additional duties as assigned by management. Qualification and Skill Requirements High school diploma required. At least one year of experience in a medical or therapy office setting. Demonstrated excellence in customer service. Knowledge of medical terminology.
Preferred:
1+ year of insurance verification and benefit explanation. Experience with and proficiency in electronic medical records systems. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, and move throughout the front office and clinic areas for extended periods. Ability to work at a computer station for prolonged durations. May be required to lift to a minimum of 25 pounds.
