Title:
Area Manager — Multi-Location Performance & Operations (Healthcare & Wellness) We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple locations within a high-end wellness and healthcare environment. This role is responsible for operational performance, team leadership, and consistent execution across all assigned locations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and ensure consistent standards across all locations Requires consistent in-person visits across all locations to assess performance, team execution, and client experience Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage Drive revenue growth, membership performance, key operational metrics and conversions through team accountability and execution Lead and develop location-level teams, ensuring accountability and performance Monitor client experience and resolve escalated concerns Maintain operational efficiency, including labor and inventory management Candidates should have a strong interest in health, wellness, and personal performance Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of experience in multi-location management or high-volume operations Proven experience leading teams and driving performance metrics Strong understanding of staffing, scheduling, and operational workflows Experience in hospitality, wellness, retail, or fitness environments preferred Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and implement corrective action Professional presence with strong leadership and communication Strong alignment with health, wellness, or fitness lifestyle preferred Role Expectations This is a hands-on leadership role requiring regular in-person presence across all locations Must be comfortable managing multiple teams and priorities simultaneously Must operate with a high level of accountability and ownership Performance will be measured based on revenue, team performance, and operational execution Compensation Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus Additional Information Travel between locations is required Schedule flexibility, including weekends as needed
