We are seeking a confident and organized Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, support a talented care team, and ensure a smooth, exceptional experience for every patient. Our McAllen location serves both personal injury and wellness patients, and we are looking for someone who can balance operational efficiency with a welcoming, supportive atmosphere. Duties Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and excellent patient service. Lead, coach, and motivate chiropractic assistants and other support staff. Manage patient flow to keep schedules on time and maintain a smooth clinic experience. Ensure compliance with company protocols, HIPAA regulations, and quality standards. Assist with community outreach, patient retention, and occasional marketing efforts. Coordinate with providers to meet both patient care and business objectives. Skills Proven experience in healthcare, office, or retail management, preferably in a patient-facing environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Comfortable with scheduling, reporting, and basic administrative technology. A team-first mindset with a genuine commitment to patient satisfaction.
