This is a full-time position for someone who is organized, dependable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume dental office. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of dental front office experience, is comfortable communicating with patients in both English and Spanish, and has experience using Open Dental. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients with a professional and welcoming attitude Manage patient check-in and check-out Schedule and confirm appointments Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls Verify dental insurance benefits Review treatment plans and patient financial responsibilities Discuss payment and financing options with patients Follow up with patients who have unscheduled treatment Maintain accurate patient information and account notes Document patient communication in Open Dental Work closely with doctors and the clinical team Help maintain an efficient and productive daily schedule Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient experience Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish required Full-time availability required Monday-Saturday availability required At least 1 year of dental front office experience preferred Open Dental experience preferred Dental insurance and treatment coordination experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume environment Able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities Professional and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full-time schedule Health and dental benefits for eligible employees Paid time off Training and support Opportunities for growth within a growing multi-location dental organization Why Join Us?
