Full-time Patient Care Coordinator Office Hours:
Monday-Friday 7AM-6
PM Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced dental office. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively while providing excellent patient service. Experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Collect and process patient payments Verify dental insurance and assist with insurance-related questions Troubleshoot basic insurance issues and communicate clearly with patients Provide general information and answer patient questions related to dental procedures and services Maintain accurate patient records and office documentation
Qualifications:
