We are located at 4109 N Midland Dr. Midland, TX 79707! Are you someone who thrives on making people feel welcome and cared for? We're looking for a warm, organized, and patient-focused individual to be the heartbeat of our front desk. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first smile patients see and the friendly voice they hear. You'll help create a seamless experience from check-in to check-out, making every visit feel personal and stress-free.

Pay & Benefits:

$14.50-16/hour Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, 401k + match & so much more!

Schedule:

(if work on a Saturday, 1 day off during the week!) Monday 7:30am-5:30pm Tuesday 7:30am

• 5:30pm Wednesday 7:30am
• 5:30pm Thursday 7:30am
• 5:30pm Friday 7:30am
• 5:30pm Saturday 8:00am
• 12:00pm

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the welcoming voice on the phone, helping patients with scheduling and questions Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth Keep things running smoothly with efficient front desk operations Support patient flow with strong multitasking and time management skills

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare or optical experience is a bonus!) Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor Comfortable with computers and quick to learn new systems A team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills
