Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Clinical Liaison Team Lead to join our brand new psychiatric facility. In this dual role, you will serve as a vital link between healthcare providers and our organization, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance patient care. You will also help develop and lead a liaison team in building relationships and partnerships in the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and interpersonal management skills, a background in marketing, and a passion for customer service. Your ability to analyze client needs and provide effective product demonstrations will be crucial in driving our mission forward. Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to promote our services and products. Conduct education to clients on the benefits and features of our offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns. Analyze market trends and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Lead initiatives that enhance client engagement and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients, including account management details. Develop and lead a team of liaisons in strategies and community collaboration. Requirements Proven marketing experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration. Excellent sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Pay:
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
