Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dynamic District Manager to lead daily operations, ensure clinical excellence, and support the professional growth of our therapy team. This position is ideal for a physical therapist who thrives in both patient care and leadership — someone who can balance hands-on treatment with operational oversight and team mentorship. Requirements:
Required Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Physical Therapy Current Texas Physical Therapy License Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting Prior leadership or supervisory experience Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Strong understanding of clinical operations, productivity metrics, and compliance standards
