Required Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in Physical Therapy Current Texas Physical Therapist License Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting Prior leadership or supervisory experience Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Strong understanding of clinical operations, productivity metrics, and compliance standards Bilingual in English/Spanish a HUGE plus!
