Job Description

Apply Description Falls of Las Villas Apartments is seeking a Make Ready / Maintenance Technician.
Responsibilities:
Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner Paint and pick up grounds Painting Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, sheetrock repairs, plumbing and appliance repair Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements:
1-3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred Experience with apartment turns and make-readies Basic plumbing repair skills (toilets, faucets, disposals, drain clogs) Basic electrical repair skills (outlets, switches, light fixtures, GFCIs) Basic HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting experience preferred Experience repairing appliances (refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves) Skilled in drywall repair, painting, flooring, and general carpentry EPA Certification preferred or willingness to obtain CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification preferred or willingness to obtain Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and participate in an on-call rotation
