Description Patient Coordinator - Full Time Fairmont Family Dental |
Pasadena, TX Schedule:
Tuesday-Friday + alternating Saturdays Mondays always off Fairmont Family Dental is a welcoming, two-doctor practice looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to join our team! We're seeking someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and confident working with patients while keeping the front office running smoothly. What You'll Do Greet and check patients in and out with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient questions Collect copays, payments, and balances Keep the schedule full and productive through effective scheduling and follow-up Help coordinate patient appointments and maintain an efficient front desk Work in Open Dental for scheduling, patient records, and office communication Assist patients with third-party financing options such as CareCredit, Cherry, and Sunbit Provide occasional support with treatment presentation when needed Work closely with the doctors and clinical team to provide an excellent patient experience What We're Looking For At least 1 year of dental office experience required Previous dental front-office or patient coordination experience preferred Experience with Open Dental is strongly preferred Comfortable collecting payments and discussing financing options Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a busy dental office Positive, team-oriented attitude Willingness to work alternating Saturdays What We Offer Full-time, consistent schedule Mondays always off Health Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Life Insurance Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Monthly Bonus Opportunities Monthly Continuing Education Supportive, team-focused work environment If you're an experienced dental front-office professional who enjoys building relationships with patients, keeping a schedule productive, and being part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you! #indeedwavedp Requirements Education and Training High School Diploma or equivalent.
