What We're Looking For:

At Pleasanton Children's Dentistry & Braces, we believe every great patient experience starts at the front desk. We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Patient Coordinator who enjoys working with children and families and is excited to grow with our practice.

What You'll Do:

As one of the first people our patients and families interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude Scheduling appointments and helping keep the daily schedule running smoothly Answering incoming calls and providing exceptional customer service Explaining treatment plans and discussing financial options with confidence and compassion Verifying insurance benefits and preparing insurance claims Helping achieve daily office goals while contributing to a positive team environment

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of dental front office experience Knowledge of dental terminology Basic computer skills, including dental software, Microsoft Word, and Excel Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, self-motivated, and a team-first mindset Bonus Skills (Not Required): Experience with dental insurance verification and claims Texas Medicaid experience Open Dental experience Bilingual (English/Spanish)
