We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Facility Coordinator to help keep our showroom, property, and day-to-day facility needs running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is naturally a "fix-it" person —someone who notices when something needs attention, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable figuring out how to solve everyday problems. What You'll Do Perform general facility and property maintenance Handle basic repairs and maintenance throughout the building Troubleshoot everyday facility issues Perform routine preventative maintenance Keep the property, showroom support areas, and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well maintained Identify maintenance needs before they become larger problems Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors when specialized work is needed Assist with moving, assembling, installing, or setting up items as needed Help maintain a safe, attractive, and functional environment for our clients and staff Take ownership of the overall appearance and condition of the property What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Dependable and hardworking Hands-on and mechanically inclined Comfortable using basic tools A good problem solver Able to work independently Comfortable taking initiative without constant direction Detail-oriented and observant Physically able to perform general maintenance and facility tasks Someone who takes pride in keeping a workplace looking its best Someone with a positive, helpful attitude Experience That May Be a Good Fit You may be a great fit for this position if you have experience in: General maintenance Handyman work Apartment or property maintenance Hotel maintenance Construction Facilities Building maintenance Home improvement Mechanical or repair work Formal certifications are not necessarily required.
