Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, personable, polished, and highly motivated Treatment Coordinator & Medical Aesthetics Concierge to join our growing dental and aesthetics practice. This role combines dental treatment coordination, medical aesthetics, patient concierge services, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, educating patients, presenting treatment options, following up with leads, and creating an exceptional, high-end patient experience. Our practice provides comprehensive dentistry, medical aesthetics, and facial rejuvenation services, including EMFACE. The successful candidate will have an interest in aesthetics and the opportunity to become trained and certified as an EMFACE operator . Key Responsibilities Present and explain dental treatment plans, aesthetic services, benefits, timelines, expectations, costs, financing, and payment options Conduct dental and aesthetics consultations and help patients confidently move forward with appropriate care Follow up with unscheduled treatment, new patient and aesthetic inquiries, missed appointments, incomplete treatment plans, and other prospective patients Coordinate treatment from diagnosis through completion while collaborating with doctors and the clinical and front-office teams Become trained to provide EMFACE treatments according to established protocols Build lasting patient relationships, provide personalized concierge-level service, address concerns, and encourage appropriate repeat visits, referrals, and retention Identify appropriate opportunities to introduce existing dental patients to aesthetics services Respond promptly to leads and help convert inquiries into consultations and scheduled appointments Participate in social media, patient education, promotional videos, before-and-after photography, testimonials, events, and other marketing initiatives, with proper authorization Contribute creative marketing ideas and help promote dental, cosmetic, and aesthetics services Support practice growth through treatment acceptance, aesthetic utilization, patient satisfaction, referrals, and revenue generation Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Extremely personable, outgoing, professional, polished, and positive Confident discussing treatment, costs, financing, and payment options Persuasive without being aggressive and motivated by goals Passionate about sales, relationship building, beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics Comfortable with social media and appearing on camera Organized, proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple responsibilities Excited to learn new technology, including EMFACE, and grow with the practice Preferred Experience Experience in dental treatment coordination, medical aesthetics, med spas, cosmetic dentistry, plastic surgery, dermatology, beauty and wellness, luxury hospitality, concierge services, sales, social media marketing, patient coordination, EMFACE, or similar aesthetic technology is preferred. Dental experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate. Exceptional communication, sales, relationship-building skills, aesthetics interest, and willingness to learn are highly valued. Performance Expectations Success will be measured by: Treatment acceptance and scheduled outstanding treatment New patient and aesthetic lead conversion Aesthetic consultation and EMFACE utilization Patient retention, satisfaction, and referrals Social media engagement and lead generation Revenue generated through dental and aesthetic services Why Join Us? Pay:
