We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Clinical Director to lead our Rockwall, Texas location. This senior leadership role is ideal for someone with direct experience in stem cell therapy, exosome therapy, peptide therapy, regenerative medicine, or advanced longevity protocols. This is not a traditional medical-office-manager position. We are looking for a leader who understands the regenerative medicine and longevity space, can build trust with patients and clinicians, lead a high-performing team, and help drive exceptional clinical and business outcomes. Required Experience Candidates must have direct professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Stem cell or cellular therapy Exosome therapy Peptide therapy Regenerative medicine Longevity or functional medicine utilizing advanced therapeutic protocols Candidates without direct experience in regenerative medicine, stem cells, exosomes, or peptide therapy will not be considered. Education Requirements A bachelor's degree is required.

Preferred educational backgrounds include:

Nursing Exercise science Kinesiology Biology Health sciences Nutrition Sports medicine Athletic training Other medical or health-related disciplines Candidates with a strong personal training, strength and conditioning, fitness, or human-performance background may also be considered when paired with a bachelor's degree and significant experience in regenerative medicine, peptides, or advanced wellness therapies. Certification Requirements Candidates must hold relevant professional certifications or advanced training credentials in one or more of the following areas: Peptide therapy Regenerative medicine Stem cell or cellular therapy Exosome therapy Functional medicine Nutrition or sports nutrition Strength and conditioning Performance optimization Hormone optimization Longevity medicine Relevant certifications in peptides, regenerative medicine, or nutrition are required. Multiple certifications are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee clinical operations at the Rockwall location Manage, train, develop, and hold clinical team members accountable Support the development and maintenance of standardized regenerative medicine and peptide protocols Maintain exceptional patient-care and premium service standards Work closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, and executive leadership Oversee clinical workflows, documentation, consent processes, and treatment coordination Ensure treatments are delivered in accordance with physician-approved protocols, professional scope, and applicable regulations Assist with the implementation of new therapies, clinical services, and technologies Educate team members on peptides, regenerative medicine, recovery therapies, and longevity protocols Educate patients on treatment programs within the appropriate scope of the role Oversee clinical inventory, supplies, medications, biologic products, and equipment Help recruit, onboard, and train clinical personnel Monitor clinical KPIs, patient conversion, retention, and operational performance Resolve patient-care and clinical-operations issues quickly and professionally Maintain a culture of accountability, professionalism, education, and continuous improvement Partner directly with ownership and medical leadership to grow the Rockwall location Vitalé Health Services Our clinics provide advanced health-optimization and recovery services, including: Regenerative medicine Stem cell and cellular therapies Exosome-based therapies Peptide therapy Hormone optimization and TRT/HRT Medical weight management IV therapy Hyperbaric oxygen therapy Red-light therapy Infrared sauna Contrast and recovery therapies Body-composition testing VO₂ and performance testing Nutrition and performance optimization Ideal Candidate The ideal

Clinical Director:
