You'll be a key part of helping patients feel confident and cared for as they pursue life-changing implant and oral surgery care. Duties Present treatment plans and walk patients through options, costs, and next steps Coordinate scheduling for consultations, surgeries, and follow-ups Verify insurance benefits and explain financing options Serve as the primary point of contact between patients and the clinical team Follow up with patients to keep cases moving forward Skills Prior treatment coordination or dental front-office experience required Dental insurance/benefits knowledge is required Proficiency with WinOMS for efficient record-keeping and patient management is a plus Strong communication and people skills; you can explain complex information simply Comfortable discussing costs and financing with empathy and confidence Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple patient cases at once

Pay:

$24.00 - $29.00 per hour
