•Friday | On Call Required | Occasional weekends, evenings, as needed

What You'll Do:

Oversee all health and wellness services for residents Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals

What You'll Need:

Active LVN/LPN or RN license in the State of Texas At least 1 year of experience required Experience leading a care team required CPR certification required Must be 21 years of age or older Benefits Available to
