Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct all systems, policies, and procedures for all aspects of the nursing department; in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern long term care facilities. Develop, maintain, and periodically update written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day functions of direct care operations. Develop, educate, and oversee all corporate reporting, data collection, and other pertinent information to maintain full regulatory compliance Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies as necessary.
