Lead Aesthetic Provider & Med Spa Partner OpportunityEssence MD Aesthetics | Founding Leadership Role Not Just Another Med Spa Job. An Opportunity to Build Something You Can Own. Essence MD is expanding into the aesthetics and wellness space and seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician-led Aesthetic Provider to help launch and grow a new luxury medical spa location. We are looking for a proven leader—not someone looking for training or their first aesthetics position. This opportunity is designed for an individual who already understands what it takes to successfully operate and grow a medical spa and wants the opportunity to build equity and potentially become an ownership partner. The right candidate will have the opportunity to help shape the brand, build the patient experience, develop treatment protocols, hire and mentor staff, drive revenue growth, and participate in future ownership discussions based on performance and business development. Who We're Looking For We are seeking a highly experienced aesthetic provider with a demonstrated track record of success in cosmetic medicine and med spa operations. Required Experience Minimum 3-5 years of aesthetic medicine experience Proven experience working in a successful medical spa environment Strong understanding of med spa operations, patient acquisition, retention, and growth Experience generating significant cosmetic revenue through consultations and treatment plans Ability to operate independently and lead a team Clinical Expertise Required Candidates must be experienced and confident performing: Botox and neurotoxin injections Dermal filler treatments Full facial assessment and treatment planning Laser treatments and energy-based devices Medical weight loss programs GLP-1 therapies (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, etc.) Peptide therapies Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Wellness and longevity treatment protocols Experience with additional aesthetic services is highly desirable. Leadership Responsibilities The successful candidate will play a key role in launching and growing the new location, including: Leading day-to-day clinical operations Developing treatment protocols and service offerings Training and mentoring staff Building a high-performance culture Driving patient satisfaction and retention Participating in marketing and community outreach initiatives Assisting with vendor relationships and equipment decisions Helping execute strategic growth plans This is not a "clock-in, clock-out" position.
