We are seeking an exceptional Patient Experience & Treatment Coordinator to help patients confidently understand and move forward with physician-recommended care. Our practice combines Family Medicine, Wellness, and Aesthetic Medicine, allowing us to build long-term relationships with patients while offering personalized solutions that improve both health and confidence. This is a highly visible role with a direct impact on patient satisfaction, treatment acceptance, and the continued growth of our practice. This is not a traditional front desk or medical assistant role. This position is centered on patient consultation, education, relationship-building, and treatment coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and helping patients confidently move forward with care that improves their health, wellness, and confidence. Responsibilities Serve as the primary patient advocate following physician consultations. Educate patients on physician recommendations, treatment options, and expected outcomes. Coordinate treatment scheduling and financial arrangements. Confidently present treatment options, pricing, package recommendations, and financing solutions. Proactively follow up with patients to answer questions and help them confidently move forward with treatment. Build lasting relationships that encourage long-term patient loyalty. Collaborate closely with the physician and clinical team to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Who Excels in This Role The most successful candidates have experience building trust, educating patients or clients, discussing elective healthcare services and premium treatment options, and guiding people through important healthcare or aesthetic decisions. Experience in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, luxury hospitality, concierge medicine, or consultative sales is highly valued.
