Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assisted Living Administrator to lead our senior care community with enthusiasm and expertise. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and foster a warm, welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care, managing staff teams, and maintaining the highest standards of quality in assisted living services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while demonstrating strong management skills and healthcare knowledge. Responsibilities Lead the overall operation of the assisted living facility, ensuring smooth daily functioning and high-quality resident care Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs, including Alzheimer's and dementia care Supervise and support care staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated team environment Ensure compliance with all state and federal long-term care regulations, health policies, and safety standards Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, billing, and healthcare financial management to maintain operational efficiency Oversee medication administration processes in accordance with healthcare policies and resident safety protocols Foster positive relationships with residents' families, healthcare providers, and community resources to enhance resident well-being Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes Coordinate disability services and ensure accessibility accommodations are met for all residents Maintain accurate records related to care plans, incident reports, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures Experience Proven management experience within assisted living or long-term care facilities with a focus on senior or residential care home administration Extensive nursing home experience with a strong understanding of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care strategies, and social work principles Demonstrated supervising experience leading multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or senior living settings Knowledge of long-term care regulations, health regulation policies, and compliance standards governing assisted living facilities Background in healthcare financial management including budgeting and financial acumen necessary for operational oversight Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized disability services is highly desirable Familiarity with medication administration protocols within a residential or home & community care environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage operations efficiently while fostering a compassionate environment for residents and staff alike Join us in creating a vibrant community where seniors thrive! Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
