Your primary responsibilities will be but not limited to: Reach out to new patient leads and recall patients Verify insurance benefits for new patients Greet new patients upon arrival Take and upload new patient records (xrays, photos, scans, etc.) Assist Treatment Coordinators with tasks as needed This role is vital in representing our values, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional patient care.
