Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their surgical journey Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage, estimates, and financial responsibilities Coordinate care with surgeons, clinical staff, and referring offices Ensure accurate patient records and documentation are maintained Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions and support Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements:
