Job Description
Build something, don't just work somewhere. Frontier ABA is a clinician-led startup
- and this is our founding BCBA role. You won't inherit someone else's caseload, systems, or culture. You'll help create ours, with a direct path to Clinic Director as we grow. If you're a BCBA tired of big-group caseloads and want your leadership to actually matter, this is the role we wish we'd found earlier in our careers. What you'll do Lead a capped caseload with home
- and community-based services Build and mentor your own RBT team from the ground up Shape our clinical model, culture, and growth plans directly with our executive team Develop referral relationships with pediatricians, schools, and community partners Step into Clinic Director leadership as we expand

- 100,000 based on experience Clear, earned path to Clinic Director (with a raise to match) Capped caseload
- quality over volume, always Mileage / gas reimbursement Flexible schedule + home-office admin base PTO, paid sick time, paid holidays CEU support + BCBA recertification paid A seat at the table while we're still small enough for your voice to shape everything What we need Current BCBA certification, licensed (or eligible) in Utah 2+ years ABA clinical experience Home-based service experience Supervision experience and the drive to lead Who we are Frontier ABA was founded by clinicians and operators who believe quality ABA and a healthy workplace aren't a trade-off.
